How to fix 100% disk usage windows 10

Here is fix for 100% disk usage in windows 7/8/10

Will take just 2mins
in the search box type services.msc ans open the listed utility
Here you need to disable 3 things

1. Background intelligent transfer services : Disabled - Stop - OK
2. Windows Search : Disabled - Stop - OK
3. Superfetch : Disabled - Stop - OK

Now again go to search box and type regedit and open this listed tool
Here u need to follow the following path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SYSTEM - CURRENT CONTROL SET - CONTROL - SESSION MANAGER - MEMORY MANAGEMENT - PREFETCH PARAMETERS

Now change the values of ENABLEPREFETCH and ENABLESUPERFETCH to 1
